Congratulations to the 2018 PTHS Softball Team on a great season, with big section wins over Baldwin and Canon Mac!
The win over Canon Mac in the final game of the regular season clinched the Lady Indians a playoff spot - where they faced off against a higher seeded Seneca Valley team at West Allegheny High School in the first round of WPIAL 6A Softball Playoffs. PT Lady Indians pulled out an exciting 'upset' win.
Their 2018 season ended in round two of the playoffs at Seton Hill against the #2 ranked Latrobe softball team. Latrobe went on to play Hempfield in the WPIAL Championship game. Hempfield won both the WPIAL and State 2018 titles.
Looking forward to what the 2019 season has in store for our Varsity and JV Teams!
